Delete your account in the Vexo app

1. Open Vexo and sign in.
2. Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen.
3. Select Settings.
4. Scroll to Actions.
5. Tap Delete account.
6. Review the warning and confirm the deletion.

Request deletion without access to the app

If you cannot access your account, send the request from the email address associated with your Vexo account.

Data included in the deletion

After verification, Vexo will delete the account and associated data stored by Vexo, including profile information, saved items, collections, follow relationships, notifications and uploaded profile images.

Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Retained information will be kept only for the required period.

Processing time

We aim to verify and complete account deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm account ownership.
